Factors Affecting the Success of the Evaluation of the Integrity and Transparency of the Operation of Local Administrative Organizations in the Eastern Economic Corridor

Abstract
The objectives of this research are (1) to study the level of factors affecting the success of the evaluation of the integrity and transparency of the operation, and the success level of the evaluation of the integrity and transparency of the operation, (2) to study the relationship between factors and the success level of the evaluation of the integrity and transparency of the operation, (3) to create the forecasting equation of factors affecting the success of the evaluation of the integrity and transparency of the operation, and (4) to study the model of factors affecting the success of the evaluation of the integrity and transparency of the operation of local administrative organizations in the Eastern Economic Corridor. The researcher used a Mixed Methods Research. Regarding the quantitative research, the researcher used questionnaires to collect data from 389 samples. The statistics used in analyzing the quantitative data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis by Stepwise method with the statistical significance at the level of .01. Regarding the qualitative research, the researcher used the structured interview to conduct in-depth interviews with 16 key informants. Regarding the qualitative data analysis, the researcher used a method of analytic induction, analyzed the level of appropriateness and possibility, used the method of grouping the issues, analyzed the data with the method of explanation and interpretation in order to confirm the quantitative data and discuss the results with the method of description.
The research results show that (1) the relationship between factors affecting the success of the evaluation of the integrity and transparency of the operation of local administrative organizations in the Eastern Economic Corridor had the statistical significance at the level of .01. The relationship was at moderate to high level
(r = .700 - .753); and (2) The variables: Service Mind (X2), Integrity (X4), and Teamwork (X5), and Expertise (X3) could explain the success of the evaluation of the integrity and transparency of the operation of local administrative organizations in the Eastern Economic Corridor with the statistical significance at the level of .01. The equation of raw score and standard score could be written as follows:
The equation of raw score: = 1.355 + .320 X2 + .243 X4 + .236 X5 + .170 X3
The equation of standard score: Zr = .260 X2 + .246 X4 + .242 X5 + .171 X3
