สารสนเทศท้องถิ่นกับการศึกษา The Role of Local Information in Education

บทคัดย่อ

สารสนเทศท้องถิ่นเพื่อการศึกษาควรยึดหลักปรัชญาการศึกษา 3 ด้าน คือ 1) การเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่เป็นกระบวนการ เรียนรู้ด้วย
ตนเองเป็นการเรียนรู้รายบุคคลจากสังคมในท้องถิ่น 2) เนื้อหาวิชามีลักษณะผสมผสานของหลาย ๆ วิชาที่สัมพันธ์ต่อเนื่องกัน และ 3)
วิธีการเรียนรู้โดยการศึกษาค้นคว้าความรู้เปรียบเทียบจากฐานข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสารสนเทศท้องถิ่น ผลการศึกษา ที่เรียนรู้
จากสารสนเทศท้องถิ่นจะทำให้เกิดความสงบสุขทั้งในชุมชน หมู่บ้าน หรือในส่วนตัวของชาวบ้านเองอันเกิดมาจาก ความเข้าใจซึ่งกัน
และกัน ทำให้คนในชุมชนพึ่งตนเองได้ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ ฯลฯ ช่วยสร้างสมดุลระหว่างมนุษย์กับสังคม และกับสิ่งแวดล้อม
ช่วยปรับชีวิตคนในท้องถิ่นให้เหมาะสม ช่วยให้รัฐทำงานในหน้าที่สอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิตชาวบ้านและคนในท้องถิ่น ทำให้ผู้ศึกษารู้จักรัก
และภูมิใจในท้องถิ่น ทั้งยังเป็นการเชื่อมโยงความรู้ระหว่างความรู้เก่ากับความรู้ใหม่ของท้องถิ่น และรัฐต้องจัดทำหลักสูตร เน้นให้รู้จัก
คุณค่าสารสนเทศท้องถิ่น

The role of local information in education should be based on 3 aspects of educational philosophy: 1)
learning new things is the process of individual self-directed learning from the local society, 2) the subject
contents of local information are combination and accumulation of information and knowledge from various
related fields, and 3) learning methods can be done by studying and comparing knowledge from different
databases related to local information. The results of studying and learning from local information will bring
about the following benefits: peacefulness in the communities and villages, or among the villagers themselves
because of their mutual understanding; self-sufficiency of the people in the community in terms of economy
and other aspects; a balance between man and society, and the environment; adaptation in local people’s
proper living; relevancy of the state’s duty and local people’s ways of life; and researcher’s love and pride of
the locality, linking old local knowledge to new information. Thus, it is concluded that the state has to develop
a curriculum focusing on raising awareness of local information values.
