บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ออกแบบและพัฒนาโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการปฏิบัติงานบัญชีของกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน
: กรณีศึกษา ร้านขนมเทียนแก้วแม่พูลศรี อำเภอกันทรวิชัย จังหวัดมหาสารคาม โดยเป็นการพัฒนาเพื่อให้กลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนสามารถ
ใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการบันทึกบัญชีโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการปฏิบัติงานบัญชีตามรูปแบบของกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน ได้พัฒนาเป็นระบบงาน
ให้ใช้ในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนบุคคลแบบเดี่ยวแทนระบบการทำบัญชีด้วยมือ โดยมีการพัฒนาด้วยภาษาVisual Basic 2008
เป็นภาษาในการพัฒนา และใช้ SQL Server 2005 ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่เป็นระบบมากยิ่ง
ขึ้น สามารถประมวลผลข้อมูลได้รวดเร็ว และอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับเจ้าของกิจการในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลได้ง่ายขึ้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
ผู้ทดลองระบบโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการปฏิบัติงานบัญชี มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับลักษณะ การใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชีโดยรวม อยู่
ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด จำนวน 4 ข้อ โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้
ความถูกต้องของการออกรายงาน ประโยชน์ในการใช้งานของระบบงานนี้ต่อกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์วิสาหกิจชุมชน ระบบงานมีความสอดคล้อง
กับงานที่ปฏิบัติ และระบบมีการออกแบบให้ง่ายต่อการใช้งาน และอยู่ในระดับมาก จำนวน 2 ข้อ ได้แก่ ความรู้ความเข้าใจในการบันทึก
ของระบบงานนี้ และเมนูมีความชัดเจน ง่ายต่อการใช้ และสื่อความหมายได้ดี ดังนั้น ผู้ที่สนใจที่จะนำไปพัฒนางานต่อ สามารถพัฒนา
โปรแกรมให้เป็นระบบออนไลน์ และเพิ่มเติมฟังก์ชั่นให้หลากหลายรายการตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน โดยไม่ต้องจำกัดรายการของข้อมูลต่อไป

The purpose of this study is to design and develop the accounting software for local community product
group. Case study for this research is Mae Plusri Tian-Kaew Thai dessert, Kantharawichai, Mahasarakham.
The software is designed to record the accounting transection instead of manual system. It also has been
developed for individual computer user. The software is developed by System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Moreover, the Visual Basic 2008 is used as a programming language. SQL Server 2005 is selected for
recording the data. Software makes the group work faster and it is easy to use. Furthermore, it facilitates the 

efficiency data recording system.
The results show that software testers have the opinions towards the accounting software in overall
aspects at high level. The results also demonstrate in topic that arranged from the means largest to smallest.
The software is voted in most satisfied in 4 topics which are (1) the accuracy of the reports (2) the benefits
of the software for local community product group (3) the consistency of the system and function (4) the
program is easy to use. Moreover, it is voted in satisfied in 2 topics which are (1) easy to use and understand
the software and (2) the function is clear to understand. Therefore, this software need developed to design
much suitable and meet user needs.
