บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยมีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอาจารย์นิเทศก์การฝึกประสบการณ์
วิชาชีพครู สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏโดยมีความมุ่งหมายเฉพาะ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการนิเทศการ
ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูสาขาวิชาพลศึกษา ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากอาจารย์นิเทศก์ 140 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากวิธี
การสุ่มอย่างง่ายแบบกำหนดสัดส่วน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางพลศึกษา 6 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง 2) สร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม
อาจารย์นิเทศก์การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูสาขาวิชาพลศึกษา ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ โดยอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน และประเมิน
ความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน(คนละกลุ่มกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการสร้างหลักสูตร) และนำเครื่องมือประเมินผลใน
หลักสูตรไปทดลองใช้กับอาจารย์นิเทศก์ สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา 30 คน เพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ 3) ทดลองและประเมินผล
การใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอาจารย์นิเทศก์การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ ในกลุ่มทดลอง
นำร่องและกลุ่มทดลองจริง กลุ่มละ 20 คน รวมทั้งหมด 40 คน ที่ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้อง
การจำเป็นในการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู สาขาวิชาพลศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ มี 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้
ทางพลศึกษา ด้านบทบาทหน้าที่และจรรยาบรรณของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ทางพลศึกษา และด้านการ
วิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน 2) ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอาจารย์นิเทศก์การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู
สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ในภาพรวมพบว่าผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินที่กำหนด และเมื่อพิจารณาในราย
หน่วยการเรียนรู้ พบว่า ทุกหน่วยผ่านการประเมินตามเกณฑ์ ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอาจารย์นิเทศก์การฝึกประสบการณ์
วิชาชีพครูสาขาวิชาพลศึกษา ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ มีค่าประสิทธิภาพชิงกระบวนการ และประสิทธิภาพ เชิงผลลัพธ์ (E1/E2) โดย
เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 83.07/80.37 ซึ่งกลุ่มที่ 1 กลุ่มทดลองนำร่อง มีค่าเท่ากับ 82.64/80.13 และกลุ่มที่ 2 กลุ่มทดลองจริง มีค่าเท่ากับ
83.51/80.62 ซึ่งผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ และพบว่าหลังการฝึกอบรม กลุ่มทดลองทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม มีความรู้เพิ่มมากขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง
สถิติที่ ระดับ .01 มีเจตคติและทักษะสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ มีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรฯ
เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

This study has been conducted in a form of research and development with a purpose to improve a
training curriculum for Physical Education teaching practicum inspectors of Rajabhat University. Specifically,
this study aims to 1) Study the needs for inspecting Physical Education teaching practicum in the field of
Physical Education of Rajabhat University, identified by collecting data from 140 inspectors through Simple
Random Sampling with quota selection and 6 Physical Education experts through Purposive Sampling; 2)
Create a curriculum for training Physical Education teaching practicum inspectors of Rajabhat University,
based on 5 experts, followed by assessing the appropriateness of the curriculum, based on another group
of five experts. Assessment tools of the curriculum were applied with 30 Physical Education teaching practicum
inspectors to test the quality of the tools; 3) Experiment and evaluate the application of the training curriculum
for Physical Education teaching practicum inspectors of Rajabhat University for both pilot group and actual
experiment group of 20 each, totaling 40 inspectors through Purposive Sampling. The findings of the study
are as follows: 1) The needs for inspecting teaching practicum in Physical Education of Rajabhat University
include four areas—Leaning management in Physical Education; Roles, responsibilities, and ethics of inspectors;
Evaluation and assessment of Physical Education learning; and Action research in class; 2) The overall result
of appropriateness assessment of the training curriculum of Physical Education teaching practicum inspection
of Rajabhat University by experts shows that it meets the standard criteria that has been set at The results of
individual learning modules show that every module meet the criteria at The training curriculum of Physical
Education teaching practicum inspection of Rajabhat University has Process-based and Product-based
effectiveness (E1/E2) in average of 83.07/80.37-The first group (Pilot group) at 82.64/80.13; The second group
(Actual Experimenting group) at 83.51/80.62. This has been considered meeting the criteria. It has also been
found that after the training both group show an increase in knowledge acquisition significantly at .01 and
have been satisfied with the curriculum in accordance with the set criteria.
