บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของเยาวชนต่อบทบาทในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น และสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนา
คุณลักษณะนักข่าวพลเมืองเยาวชนเพื่อเป็นกลไกการพัฒนากลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เยาวชนในจังหวัดมหาสารคาม จำนวน 400 คน ใช้วิธี
การสุ่มอย่างง่าย และผู้เชี่ยวชาญรวมถึงผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 8 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับและแบบ
ประเมินผล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพื้นฐานและการสังเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เยาวชนมีบทบาทในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอยู่ใน
ระดับปานกลางรูปแบบการพัฒนานักข่าวพลเมืองเยาวชนเพื่อเป็นกลไกการสื่อสารในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นมีปัจจัยหลักที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4 ประการ 16 องค์ประกอบ ความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมและแผนการเรียนรู้ต่อการนำไปใช้มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

This research aims: 1) to study the role of youth in local development. 2) to develop a model of the
youth citizen journalists characteristic as a means of communication mechanism to local development. The
sample consisted of 400 youth in Maha Sarakham using simple random sampling. The target group is acquired
by specialists and stekeholders consisted of 21 people, Questionaire, evaluation plateform and focus group
were instrument. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The results showed
that youth have a role in local development in the middle. The model of development on youth citizen journalists
characteric has 4main factors and 16 elements.Curriculumandlearning plansaremost appropriate.
