Aims & Scope :

The Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal is an academic journal that disseminate academic                      and research articles covering in the humanities and social sciences. The subjects that published are
- education
- economics
- business administration and management
- political science
- public admin-istration
- law
- linguistics
- psychology and interdisciplinary in humanities and social sciences
in the form of:
1. Academic articles, or review articles.
2. Research articles which are the part or overall, of the completed research results.
3. Book review.

Objectives:

1. To disseminate quality academic and research articles.
2. To promote the creation and exchange of knowledge in the humanities and social sciences.
3. To be able to apply knowledge for widely reference and use for people who interested.
4. To be a forum to present academic works of university personnel and the general public.

Peer Review Process : 

1. Articles to be published must undergo evaluation, screening, and scrutiny by qualified peer reviewers who possess knowledge, expertise, and experience in the subject matter of the respective article.

2. Every published article must undergo approval through peer review by experts in the relevant field, both from within and outside the university, with a minimum of three reviewers per article.

3. Peer reviewers are unaware of the authors' identities, and the authors are also unaware of the peer reviewers' identities (Double-Blind Peer Review).

Languages for publication :

Thai language articles and English language articles

Publication Frequency : Three volumes per year

Volume 1   January-April
Volume 2   May-August
Volume 3   September-December

RMUJ Regulations:

1. All submitted articles undergo academic peer review by independent evaluators using a double-blind peer review system, where the authors' identities are not disclosed to the reviewers, and the reviewers' identities are not disclosed to the authors.
2. The views expressed by individual authors do not represent the official views of the editorial boards of RMUJ. The author of each article is responsible for all its contents.
3. The Editorial Boards do not reserve the copyrights, but proper citations need to be made.

Fee payment details for publication in the Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal

1. The author must be paid the fee for submitting articles for publication in the Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal after the submitted article has been checked for accuracy and completeness and has passed the initial quality review by the editorial team. There will be written notification from the journal and payment of a fee (Submissions) per 1 article.

2. The author must be submitting the evidence of fee payment in the journal's system via the discussion thread at https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rmuj

3. The fee payment for submitting an article for publication does not guarantee that the article will be published in the Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal because the article must also pass the editorial process and peer review.

4. If the submitted article has been sent to the reviewers, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal will not refund the fee to the authors. Regardless of whether the article has been published or not.

Rajabhat MahaSarakham University recognizes and places importance on knowledge creation which consistent with the context and according to the procedures of international standards,includingdissemination the body of knowledge to the public, with public media that are trusted and accepted in academic circles. We there fore created the Rajabhat MahaSarakham University Journal for publishing research articles and academic articles to the public, in forms of hard copy and electronic version. Which assigning the Graduate Studies to act as a central unit for the operation. The Rajabhat MahaSarakham University Journal start publication the first volume on 2007, and currently.
