  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 14-point DilleniaUPC font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About /Submission.
  • In the case of your article is in the process of submitting to reviewers for consideration, if after the author / submitter of the article requests to cancel the review of the article for publication, or been rejected for publication, the journal reserves the right not to refund the fee to author/submitter in any case.

The Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal is a journal which publishes research articles, review articles, book review, and communication letter, covering the various fields of humanities and social sciences. The journal appears three times a year. The time to go to press is January to April, May to August, and September to December. Authors can send the text of articles whether they are a member of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University staff or not. The articles must be previously unpublished and will be peer reviewed by at least 3 external reviewers and Consideration of articles by experts (Peer Review) The name of the author is unknown. and unknown author (Peer Review) (Double-Blind Peer Review) for their relevance and approved by the editorial board. The published article must have a consensus of peer reviewers that it is appropriate to be published in the journal. The articles might be changed for editorial corrections. For articles that have been rejected to publication or cancel to be published, the authors are not able to request refunds for article publishing fees. Authors can get more information on our

Preparation of the manuscript

Please note the following instructions:

     1. The manuscript
The manuscript can be in Thai or English. Use of Thai should be based on the vocabulary principles and terminology in the Royal Academic Dictionary. Avoid mixing English and Thai. If it cannot be avoided, it should be written in Thai followed by English in brackets. With the first word starting with capital letters, but all remain-ing letters and words must be typed in lowercase, except the unique names every word begins with capital letter. If it is appearing in many places in the article of the same vocabulary in Thai followed by English, use Thai vocab-ulary followed by English only for the first time, for the next time, use only Thai vocabulary. And for English articles must have English language experts verify the accuracy of language usage as well. 
 
2. Page setupManuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word on Letter-size paper (8.5 x 11 inches). The page layout should be set with a top margin of 1.3 inches (3.3 cm), and left, right, and bottom margins of 1 inch (2.5 cm). The text should be formatted in a single column, with page numbers provided on every page.
 
3. Font
In Thai and English font use DilleniaUPC font, and both Thai and English font use the same size, as follows: 1) title 18 pt bold; 2) author’s name 16 pt. nor-mal; 3) author’s subject, department, faculty, institute 12 pt. normal, 4) main topic 16 pt. bold, 5) subordinate 14 pt. Bold, and 6) all the contents 14 pt. normal.
4. Number of pages The length of the article should not exceed 11-15 pages, including tables, pictures and references.

Types of Articles
     1. Research articles
The article that present research results, which may be some parts of research results or all research results that the author has conducted by himself, which has the components follow:
          1.1 Preliminaries
                1.1.1 Title The title should be clear, con-cise and show the main goals of the research. It should be no longer than 100 characters. The title should first be in Thai and then in English. Use capitals for the initial letter of the first word and all other words except articles and prepositions. For scientific names use italics with-out underline. If there is a Thai name also give the scientific names.
                1.1.2 Authors and Co-authors Please indicate your full name both in Thai and English. For English, use capital letter with the given and family names. If there are many co-authors, please mark with an asterisk (*) in-cluding addresses (institution, department, faculty), and in particular an e-mail address for correspondence.
                1.1.3 Abstract The abstract should not more than 300 words in both Thai and English. This summary should be clear and concise. It should be summarized the main point without going into details.
                1.1.4 Keywords No more than 3-5 key  words (not phrases or sentences) should be specified as the main importance in the research story. Must be a term that can be used in a search or reference. Keywords are the most prominent words of research to be used as keywords for searching for articles. Separate each keyword with a space and Keyword separated by a mark, such as Keyword 1, Keyword 2, Keyword 3 and Keyword 1, Keyword 2, Keyword 3.
          1.2 Section of research Article content
                1.2.1 Introduction.  The introduction should consist of background, literature reviews and reasons for doing this research.
                1.2.2 Objectives. The objectives should indicate the important issues that cover all of the re-search.
                1.2.3 Hypothesis (If any) Any hypothesis should be descriptive and related to all variables.
                1.2.4 Conceptual Framework Specify the conceptual framework in essay form, or in the case of creating a conceptual framework as a diagram, the author should be created a new publication specifically.
                1.2.5 Research method.
                     In the case of single-phase research, the first paragraph must specify the research methodology.
                     In the case of conducting more than 1 phase of research, specify the method of conducting each phase clearly and completely as follows:
                       1) Data sources such as population and sam-ple group, target group, participants, key informants etc., by clearly specify the framework of the data source, size and sampling of the data source
                       2) Research instruments. Specify the name, type, creation and finding qualities of research instruments, and report their qualities.
                       3) Data collection. Specify the steps, procedures and the operation for data collection clearly.
                       4) Data analysis
                          In case of quantitative data. Specify data which analyzed, by which statistic, written as essay form without specifying statistical formulas.
                          In the case of qualitative data. Specify the method for data verification, data analysis techniques, principles and criteria for interpretation.
                1.2.6 Results. Results should be reported in a concise form by focusing on research objectives with complete details.
                1.2.7 Conclusion and Discussion. It is a summary of the research results based on the research objectives and research hypotheses (if any), and dis-cussion of the research results according to logical reasoning, or theoretical evidence, which may refer to other research report with the same or similar research methodology which no less than 2 in 3 of the research to support or dispute the research findings.
                1.2.8 Suggestions are divided into 1) Sug-gestions for applying research results, specially use of research results that better knowledge or method by suggesting how to use it and what are the precautions or risks? 2) Suggestions for the next research by sug-gesting how to do further research from this research.
          1.3 Supplementary
                1.3.1 Acknowledgements. Specify only the thank you message to those who are important in the research procedure, compiling research reports, and research funding until the research was accomplished well. The length should not exceed 100 words.
                1.3.2 Reference. Specify the documents used for study and research in writing the article References use in the APA (American Psychological Association) guidelines, including writing references. The reference documents at the end of every article must have references in the article. The reference must be referenced correctly according to academic princi-ples. according to the format type of the referenced document.

 

2. Academic or Review articles.
It is an article which authored and edited by the synthesis of academic experience and the synthesis of knowledge from various sources, with the following components.

          2.1 Preliminaries
                2.1.1 The title should be short, concise and show the essence of the article. The length should not exceed 100 characters. For Thai article, write the title in Thai first, and English as below, with capital letter at the first letter, except for Article and Preposition in sentences, use small letter. For Scien-tific name, use in italics, without underline. In the case of use specifying the common names in Thai, also give the scientific names.
                2.1.2 Authors and Co-authors Please in-dicate your full name both in Thai and English. For English, use capital letter with the given and family names. If there are many co-authors, please mark with an asterisk (*) including addresses (institution, depart-ment, faculty), and in particular an e-mail address for correspondence.
                2.1.3 Summary. Should be no more than 300 words in length to shorten the whole of subject. show the complete and relevant content as according to the full story. Summary in Thai printing in a single column, use the DilleniaUPC font, size 14 pt. normal. And summary in English printing in a single column, use the font format DilleniaUPC, normal size 14 pt.
                2.1.4 Keywords. Specify only 1-3 keywords. Keywords are the most prominent words of the story in order to use as a keyword for searching the article. All keywords start with capital letters. separating each keyword by a semicolon symbolic (;).
          2.2 Section of Article content.  
                2.2.1 Introduction. Identify issues that moti-vate readers to become interested in the subject. May use methods and techniques such as discussing issues of interest or benefits that the reader will receive, and should be approximately 1 - 2 paragraphs long.
                2.2.2 Content. Specify about the aca-demic principles to be distributed by showing the con-nection of the cause that leads to academic results, may be referenced various information through the written language for the readers' best understanding and im-pression. In this section, authors should consider to composition, content ordering, analysis, criticism, re-viewing, language using and presentation methods for read-ers to understand and get the complete information.
                2.2.3 Conclusion. Identify the main points of the article by brief or summarize the importance of the content that can be used, or will cause what the next, or may ask questions for the reader to search for added knowledge, or continue innovate and develop that mat-ter. The conclusion should be no longer than  1-2 para-graphs.
          2.3 Supplementary
                2.3.1 Acknowledgments (if any). Specify only the thank you message to the person or organiza-tion concerned in writing the article. The length should not exceed 100 words.
                2.3.2 Reference. Identify the document used for study. Use content inserting references in form of APA, including writing references. The reference documents at the end of every article must have refer-ences in the article. The reference must be referenced correctly according to academic principles according to the format type of the referenced document.

1. The author must be paid the fee for submitting articles for publication in the Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal after the submitted article has been checked for accuracy and completeness and has passed the initial quality review by the editorial team. There will be written notification from the journal and payment of a fee (Submissions) per 1 article.

2. The author must be submitting the evidence of fee payment in the journal's system via the discussion thread at https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rmuj

3. The fee payment for submitting an article for publication does not guarantee that the article will be published in the Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal because the article must also pass the editorial process and peer review.

4. If the submitted article has been sent to the reviewers, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal will not refund the fee to the authors. Regardless of whether the article has been published or not.
