Research About The Factors That Affect The Contentment In Part of Quality And Service Of 3G/4G Users in Bangkok’s Surrounding Areas

Abstract
This research’s aim is to study about the contentment of the marketing mix for service businessmen which
affects the selection of 3G/4G network in Bangkok and surrounding areas. The representative samples are
400-3G/4G users in Bangkok and nearby areas. We use SPSS program to measure the frequency, to
identify average, percent, standard deviation, Chi-square, T-test, ANOVA, and multiple comparison test by
Scheffe. Its statistical significance is 0.5. Our most participants are students above 25 years old, and single.
Their income are lower than 15,000 per month. Most of them get networks monthly payment. Their average
fees are about 300-600 baht. The participant usually pay the payment through their network providers’ service
center. Everyone has been using mobile networks for more than 10 years. Most of them have changed network
service providers for at least once or twice. The main reason that made the participant left their network
providers for the new one was because the signal was not expansive enough. In generally, when we analyzed
the differences among the marketing mix which affects the contentment in part of the quality and service of
3G/4G network providers, classified by age, we found that every parts are different from the others in
statistical significance of 0.5.
