Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the knowledge management on Accounting System for silkweaving
community enterprise on increasing efficiency of financial report. case: Na Dun, Mahasarakham and
to study the satisfaction of knowledge management on Accounting System for silk-weaving community enterprise
in Na Dun, Mahasarakham. Population and sample were silk-weaving community enterprise in Na Dun,
Mahasarakham. Research instruments were survey, interview and questionnaires. The statistics used for this
research were mean and standard deviation.
The result showed that the group has understood the knowledge management on Accounting system. This
knowledge also enables them to provide financial report for all members. This would lead transparency and
reliable among the group. Moreover, the silk-weavers were satisfying with knowledge management in high
level in all aspects including trainer aspect, knowledge aspect, other factor related to this study aspect and
benefits aspect.
