Abstract

This research aimed to study i) graduates working condition, ii) the Bachelor of Science Program in
Community Public Healthevaluation by graduates and instructors, and iii) graduates quality assessment by
instructors, graduates work supervisors and graduates co-workers.The sample consisted of 162 graduates.
In addition, 2 main groups who were 8 instructors and 162 graduates work supervisor or graduates
co-workers gave more information.
The research instruments were questionnaires by using 3 different forms which for i) the program
evaluation by graduates, ii) graduates work supervisors and graduates co-workers, and iii) the instructors.
The item content validity index (I-CVI) was atlevel 1.00 and the content validity for scale (S-CVI) was at level
1.00 in all questionnaire forms. Finding of the study was as follows:
1. Working condition was found that almost graduates have working in private hospitals.
2. Opinion of the sample graduates about the program indicated at a high level. However, their opinions
aboutapplying elective subjects for working were shown at medium level. In addition, opinions of the instructors
about curriculum structure were considered in appropriateness.
3. Graduates quality assessed by the instructors, graduates work supervisors and graduates co-workers
shown thatthe quality of graduates were appropriateness at a high level especially morality and ethic item
was the highest level follow by human relations. On the other hand, the special qualifications were at the
lowest level.
4. Opinion of the sample graduates aboutthe teaching of the program instructors shown at a high level.
When each item was considered, it was found that the knowledge and ability was rated highly while teaching
characteristics and question and answer performance of instructors were considered subsequently.
