A Model for Work Performance Efficiency of Community Organizations in Nongkhai Province

Abstract
This research aimed to (1) study factors affecting work performance efficiency of Community organizations
in Nongkhai province,(2) formulate adevelopment model of work performance efficiency of Community organizations
in Nongkhai provinceand (3) implement and evaluate the developed model of work performance
efficiency. The research procedures were divided into 3 stages. In the first stage, it was a quantitative research,
The researcher investigated factors which directly and indirectly affected work performance efficiency of Community
organizations in Nongkhai province by formulating a model of work performance as an outcome variable.
Six causal factors used for the study were 1) Knowledge 2) Emotion Intelligence 3)Good Member 4) Role
perception 5) Best Officeand 6) Team working. Two hundred and eighty Community organizations in Nongkhai
province were selected and participated in the study and the required data were collected by using the questionnaire,
were used for analyzing of data. Structural Equation Model : SEM, LISREL for windows with Path
AnalysisIn the second stage, the researcher constructed the development model of work performance efficiency
Community organizations in Nongkhai province by using the study result from the first stage. Twenty-five
involved persons were participated in the workshop to co-operatively criticized and evaluated the model of
work performance efficiency. In the third stage, the researcher implemented the model. After four months of
implementation, the model was evaluated by 30 officers of Community organizations in Sangkomdistrict Nongkhai
province and analyzed by MANOVA (Repeated Measure) The major findings revealed the followings:
1. The developed causal factors showed harmony with the empirical data. Four causal factors with direct
effects on work performance efficiency of Community organizations in Nongkhaiprovince were found including
1) Good Member (0.42) 2) Team working (0.19) 3) Best Office (0.11) and 4) Knowledge (0.09).
2. The development model of work performance efficiency consisted of 11 activities : 1) Gold heart 2)
Tree of Idea 3) Team Working 4) Role Playing 5) My book 1 6) secret 7) Knowledge development 8) Self
analyze 9)Team activities 10)Riddle picture and 11)Listen to me.
3. The community organizations showed higher work performance efficiency as a whole and in 2 aspects
:service and support than before implementation of model at the .05 level of statistical significance
