Abstract
สถานการณ์ความวุ่นวายของสังคมที่มีปัญหาความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง ประชาชนได้กระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับการวางเพลิงเผาทรัพย์ของประชาชนและของส่วนราชการจำนวนมาก จึงจำเป็นที่จะต้องอธิบายให้ประชาชนได้ทราบและเข้าใจถึงการกระทำความผิดในขั้นตอนการกระทำต่างๆ และอัตราโทษที่ได้กำหนดลงโทษแก่ผู้กระทำความผิด อันจะเป็นการป้องปรามมิให้ประชาชนกระทำความผิด
Considering the present social chaotic situation resulted from political conflicts, a number of
civilians have committed several crimes of arson against private and public properties. Therefore, in
order to prevent the crime, it is crucial to provide public in general with knowledge about the crime and
punishment as the consequence of each criminal conducts of and relevant to arson.
