Abstract
คนเราทุกคนอาจเกิดบาดแผลจากคำพูดที่ได้รับฟังขึ้นเสมอ ๆ และหากไม่รู้จักขัดเกลาคำพูด ที่สร้างบาดแผลเหล่านั้น ก็จะถูกถ่ายทอดจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น ที่เป็นดังนี้เพราะเรายังติดอยู่กับโลกที่ตนเองเป็นศูนย์กลาง ติดอยู่กับความคิดเดิม ๆ หากจะพัฒนาชามคำพูดให้เติบโตขึ้นต้องรู้จักที่จะมองให้กว้าง มองให้เห็นคนรอบข้าง เรียนรู้บทเรียนต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างไม่รู้จบในชีวิต ใช้ชีวิตในแต่ละวันด้วยความซื่อสัตย์ รับผิดชอบ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสิ่งเล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ ก็ตาม เพราะสิ่งเหล่านี้จะช่วยพัฒนาให้คนมีชามคำพูดที่ใหญ่และลึกได้อย่างภาคภูมิต่อไป
