Abstract
The research aimed1) to study the conditions of educational administration according to Sufficiency Economic Philosophy of School, 2) to comparison of the conditions of school management by using the philosophy of sufficiency economy classified by status, work experience, and school size,3)to study of guideline for the development of school management by using the philosophy of the sufficiency economy in school management. The research was divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 dealt with the study of the level of management based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy. The sample comprised administrators and teachers totally 418, obtained using stratified random sample. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire with confidence equal to .97. Statistics was used for finding: percentage, mean, and standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA were also employed. Phase 2, study the guidelines for development of school management by using the philosophy of sufficiency economy in school management. By analyzing the indicators with the lowest scores in each area to find ways to improve school administration. The target group is 9 qualified persons who succeed in school management by using the sufficiency economy philosophy by interview method. The results of the research showed that:
- The level of educational institution administration by using the philosophy of the sufficiency economy in school management, in overall and in each level at a high level.
- The comparison of the level of educational institution administration by using the philosophy of the sufficiency economy in school management classified by status and work experience found that; Overall and each aspect were statistically significant different at the .01 level, while the size of the educational institution was not different.
- The guidelines for the development of school administration by using the philosophy of the sufficiency economy in the aspect of school management, it is found that there should be a clear policy, supervision, monitoring, evaluation, and a speaker providing knowledge. Operate in the school with transparency, honesty, accountability, morality, ethics, adherence to moderation, reason, and good immunity.
