Abstract

This issue of MahaSarakhamRajabhat University Journal is the Volume 13, No. 3 (September - December
2019) which strive to publish academic works continuously to the public, still concentrated with the quality content of
academic and research articles in education, economy, tourism, way of life, and politics. That the editorial board has
selected as well regard into account the quality and standard of the journal,and various fields of scienceinhumanities
and social sciences to cover the scope of our journal,and to be accepted and believed by the public continuously.
Our editorial board remains committed to the policy of publishing academic services to society, encouraging
the exchange of knowledge in society. All of you can submit articles and search all articles through the website
