The Emotional Quotient and Conflict Resolution of School Administrators Under Office of the Basic Education

Abstract
The purpose of research are divided into three parts; 1) For case study the level of Emotional Maturity of
the administrator’s education Under Office of the Basic Education 2) For case study in term of the method’s
solution of the administrator’s education under control of the Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 3)
For case study the relation between of the Emotional Maturity and the level of selecting on the conflict of the
administrator’s education under Under Office of the Basic Education.
The population’s research is administrator’s education under Under Office of the Basic Education in
the amount of 209 persons by the calculate approximately the size’s example from Krejcie and Morgan
Methods’ that have a result in 136 persons. The procedure’s research methods are divided into 2 sections;
Section One: There are questionnaire for analyzing the emotional maturity by Department of Mental Health.
Section Two: The questionnaire that relate with resolution on the conflict of the administrator’s education by
the Thomas – Killmans theory, rational approximately 5 levels. There have the confidential whole document
in level 0.94. Then, the procedure of analyzing is designed by basic of statistic for analyzing the average of
percentage and standard deviation. Lastly, the analyzing will be done by the case study of the analyzing the
in the relation between the level’s emotional maturity and the level of the choosing resolve on the conflict of
the administrator’s education by the questionnaire ‘s Chi-square test.
The result are found the level’s Emotional Maturity of the administrator’s education under Under Office
of the Basic Education that are in the regular average. So, the resolution on the conflict of the administrator’s
education under Under Office of the Basic Education by respectively. The best popular are chosen that is the
method of compromising. Second is cooperation, avoidance and abide by. And the worst case is the method
by get over. However, in term of the relation between of the level’s Emotional Maturity and the level of the
choosing resolve on the conflict of the administrator’s education, found administrator’s education under Under
Office of the Basic Education in every level of Emotional Maturity avoid to get over, but they try to choosing
in cooperation and compromising method. Moreover, there are still found the level’s Emotional Maturity have
not relation with the avoidance method and compromising method.
