This issue of the Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal is Volume 14 issue 3 (September - December 2020),            Which and publishes academic works in the form of academic articles and research articles relating to humanities and social sciences, to cover the scope of the journal. In this issue, there are 18 articles, which the editorial team has carefully selected in both of content and accuracy, taking into account the quality of the article in order to maintain the standard of the journal to be accepted and trusted by the public continuously.

The editorial team still adheres to the policy of providing academic dissemination services to society, including promotion and supporting a broadly exchange of mutual learning.
