A Development of Measurement Model of GlobalCitizenship of High School Students.

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study indicators and factors of global citizenship measurement of high school students.The research participants employed to 2,286 students in the 9th grade, 34.21% male students and 65.79% female students, and by using Stratify Random Sampling from 30 schools in the northern region under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education.was measured by the questions of the 5 rating-scales 65 items, measuring scope in 5 areas, having the reliability as 0.968. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and second order confirmatory factor analysis (2nd CFA) by using program Mplus 7.40
Preliminary data analysis found that the manifest variable had a meanstudy indicators and factors of global citizenship measurement of high school students in good scale questions)measuring scope in 5 areas16 indicators have factor loadingthe questionnaire of global citizenship measuring Responsible to act(4 indicators), Social justice (3 indicators),group helping (2 indicators),Valuing diversity (4 indicators), Inter group empathy (3 indicators) respective
