Competency of ICT School Director for Effective to Education Management 4.0 Efficiency under 21st Century

Abstract

The objective of this research were to,1) study in gcompetencies of ICT school director, and 2) developed and investigate congruence a causal model of competencies of ICT school director for effective to education  management 4.0 efficiency under 21st century. The collection, first to involved synthesizing documentary and interview questionnaire with 20 directors to study to ICT competencies, second to survey by questionnaire with 550  sampling were the directors and teachers to study the levels of ICT competencies, third to investigate congruence causal of model. The study revealed that, 1) competencies of ICT school director at a “key” of five  characteristics, 2) developed and investigate congruence a causal model, then a level of ICT competencies at   high levels, and investigate congruence a causal model was congruence with empirical data (Chi-square/df=1.73, GFI=0.96, RMR=0.034, RMSEA=0.04). Technological leader, technology literacy, academic optimism had direct influence, while technological leadership, school climate had indirect influence on efficiency of education management 4.0 efficiency under 21st century.
