Abstract

This research the purpose of this study was to develop a model for the evaluation of distance education through information technology (DLIT) of schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The research was carried out by research and development process. Research Phase 4 consists of Phase.; (1), Study of Concepts, Principles of Educational Management, and Assessment of Distance Education through Information Technology. (DLIT) under the Office of the Basic Education Commission and interviews with those involved in distance education through information technology. (DLIT) under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Basic Education Commission Phase.; (2) Establish a model for evaluation of distance education through information technology. (DLIT) under the Office of the Basic Education Commission The data from Section 1 was drafted and the experts checked the suitability and feasibility of the draft assessment form. Using Multi - attribute consensus techniques. 10 experts prepared the assessment manual. Bring 10 expert guides to check the appropriateness, coverage and clarity of the evaluation manual. First, use the evaluation form. To study the scores obtained from award-winning schools in distance education through information technology. (DLIT) with unqualified schools selected from the selected sample and Stage 4 evaluates the evaluation form. The samples used in the evaluation form. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires, assessment forms and observation forms used for data analysis. The basic statistics were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The researcher has developed 5 elements. Include, The components of the support and management are 3 indicators, The component of the teacher characteristics are 3 indicators, The component of technology are 3 indicators, The component of evaluation are 3 indicators, The component of characteristics of the students are 3 Indicator.;(2) An evaluation model of distance education through information technology (DLIT). developed by the researcher. Have It is possible to distinguish thegroup of award-winning schools from unsuccessful school group.; (3) An Evaluation model of distance education through information technology (DLIT). developed by the researcher. There is a standard of usefulness. Feasibility, appropriateness, and accuracy In every level.;(4) Trial results Evaluation model of distance education through information technology (DLIT).
