Abstract
The purpose of this research were to study the curriculum evaluation on Doctor of Philosophy Program in Educational Research and Evaluation by using the evaluation method ; the CIPPIETSModel.There sample of this research were 8 administrators and courseinstructors, 41 students, 15philosophy and 14 educates’ employers. The research instruments included the questionnaire and interview form. The collect data were analyzed by using percentage (%), mean ( X ), standard deviation (S.D.) and content analysis.

The results of the study were as follows :1)There are opinions that overview of the assessment were administrators and course instructors, students, philosophy and educates’ employers are appropriate at the highest level. 2)The context of curriculum showed that appropriate in high leveland the curriculum should be consistent with the educational needs of society and keep up with changes in innovation and technology.3) The input factors of curriculum found that the overall were in high level and there should be more modern English textbooks and there is a meeting room to exchange knowledge and search for students. 4) The process factors of curriculum found that the overall were in high level and should adjust the foundation and enhance knowledge for students who do not graduate directly in the field of research and evaluation. 5) The product factors of curriculum found that the overall were in highest level and should bring knowledge and understanding in research and evaluation of education to develop knowledge and apply to work. 6) The impact factors of curriculum found that the overall were in highest level and should enhance confidence in the knowledge of research and evaluation of education Integrated knowledge to work and give advice to other people effectively.7) The effectiveness factors of curriculum found that the overall were in highest level and should strengthen to have confidence in the knowledge Integration in work and Providing effective advice to other people. 8) The sustainability factors of curriculum found that the overall were in highest level. 9) The Transportability factors of curriculum found that the overall each item were in highest level and there should be public relations courses for those involved diverse and comprehensive.
