Abstract
This issue of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal the issue of Volume 12 No. 3 (September - December 2018) The editorial board continues to select publishable articles and maintain the standard of those that are accepted. The board has been determined and firmed with its policy to share and promote academic articles within society.
