The Operation Based on the Standards of Help-Care for Students Affectingthe Satisfaction of Personnel in Sueksa Song Khro Schoolsin the North Eastern Region of Thailand

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study (1)the operation based on the standards of help-care for studentsinSueksa Song Khro Schools in the North Eastern Region of Thailand,(2)the satisfaction with the operation based on the standards of help-care for studentsof personnel in Sueksa Song Khro Schools in the North Eastern Region of Thailand, and (3) the operation based on the standards of help-care for students affecting the satisfaction ofpersonnel in Sueksa Song Khro Schools in the North Eastern Region of Thailand.
Sample northeast community personnel under the office of special education of 10 schools, 254 people from proportion stratified sampling, and using simple random sampling the sampling of the population. The employed research instruments were a rating scale questionnaire on Standard of care for students and Job satisfaction, with the reliability coefficients of .981 and .995, respectively. The statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, standard deviation,and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research finding revealed that (1) the opinion on the implementationof the standard of care for students,and specifically by an average of 4.28 at the high level,(2) the satisfied the conditions for the implementation of the standard of care for students. And specifically by an average of 3.78 at the high level, and (3) the implementation of the standard of care for students that effecting the satisfaction of Personnel in Sueksa Song Khro Schools in the North Eastern Region of Thailand with a statistical significance at the .05 level, included: management. The predictive power was 22.00%. These could be expressed in equations of unstandardized and standardized score could be shown as follows:
