The employed research instruments were a rating scale questionnaire on Standard of care for students and  Job satisfaction, with the reliability coefficients of .981 and .995, respectively. The statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The research finding revealed that (1) the opinion on the implementationof the standard of care for students, and specifically by an average of 4.28 at the high level,(2) the satisfied the conditions for the implementation of the standard of care for students. And specifically by an average of 3.78 at the high level, and (3) the implementation of the standard of care for students that effecting the satisfaction of Personnel in Sueksa Song Khro Schools in the North Eastern Region of Thailand with a statistical significance at the .05 level, included: management. The predictive power was 22.00%. These could be expressed in equations of unstandardized and standardized score could be shown as follows:

                  Predictive Equation as Unstandardized Score

      gif.latex?\hat{Y}      =    1.798 + 0.452 (X 1)

                  Predictive Equation as Standardized Score

                      gif.latex?\hat{Z}y     =   0.469(ZX 1)
