Abstract

In case there is a money transfer fraud from the account in the banking internet or mobile telephone
financial service, the injured person has the right to lodge a law suit to claim back the transferred amount
from the offender. However, in case the users is the injured person and has to collect evidence, which is
maintained with the bank, for the case procedure, this creates more burden to the users. In this regards, the
knowledgeable and expertise committee should be established to supervise the dispute, collect evidence,
and litigate the case against the offender.
