The Development model for Reproductive Health District at Muang District,Bungkan Province

Abstract
The Development model for reproductive health district is an operation based on integration which with the sustainable development should join the role together between community and official organizations. This operation research aims to study the Development model for Reproductive Health at Muang District ,Bungkan Province to pass the standard from the Department of Public Heath and the Ministry of Public Health ; by studying on example of 55 people. The 3 Bungkan teachers who are responsible for reproductive health /sex education and health education, Major of Bungkan District and Major of Visit District. representative from the headman of the village or community and health volunteers of 20 people, health officials from Muang District Health Promoting hospital of 14 people , the health officials from Bungkan Hospital and Provincial Public Heath office of 6 people , the representative of mainstay youth from Muang District of 10 people. The study procedures are problem analysis, problem planning, operation , evaluation ,collecting data by question, observation and interview, analyzing data by description statistics such as frequency, percentage ,average, standard deviation and quality data to be used by content analysis.
The researches found out the Development model for Reproductive Health has steps as follows : 1. Studying context of target area and collecting general data, 2. Appointing Reproductive Health committee, 3. Setting work-shop conference, 4. Creating action plan, 5. Following operation plan, 6. Supervising and evaluating the results, 7. Concluding an assessment, 8. Meeting for interchange and learning, 9. To summing up the problem, obstruction on proceeding and planning to result the problem for the next cycle . The abovementioned procedure needs to be a proper Development model for Reproductive Health and to pass the standard from the health department and the Ministry of health. Factors of success for this operation arecomposed of 1.Conducting knowledge and understanding against reproductive health. 2. Creating medaifor information campaign.3 Health promotion and prevention of disease. 4. Supporting resource and buget; these have the Development model for Reproductive Health by creating knowledge comprehension to the family and community base as a managing procedure , and having governmental/organization to support inbudget, knowledgment and holding a principle to participate by party network at a balanced level , in order to develop the model for Reproductive Health to pass performance and criterion.
