Development of Project-Based Instruction System to Enhancing Innovation and Information Competencies in Education for Student Techers

Abstract

The purpose of this research were; 1.to develop the project-based instruction system for enhancing
innovation and information competencies in education for student of teaching profession 2.to developmental
testing of the project-based instruction system for enhancing innovation and information competencies in
education for student of teaching profession as classified by E1/ E2 equal 80/80 3.for supporting the project-based
instruction for enhancing innovation and information competencies in education for student of teaching
profession.The samples used in the study was student in Faculty of Education, majoring in Computer Education
and studied in 5 years program that enroll course 1029301 Education Innovation and Information Technology
in the first semester in academic year of 2559 in total of 25 students by purposive sampling. The research
instruments were (1) instruction system module used by project-based for supporting the competencies in
innovation and information technology in education for student of teaching profession, (2) lesson plan used
by project-based for supporting the competencies in innovation and information technology in education for
student of teaching profession, (3) pre-test and post-test and (4) evaluation survey of instruction system module
by experts.The data analysis was percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Developmental Testing (E1/ E2).
The research result revealed that;
1. Instruction system used by project-based for supporting the competencies in innovation and information
technology in education for student of teaching profession can be divided into 4 main components and 13
sub-steps as follow; Input factors were 1.1 Context, 1.2 Program and content, 1.3 Students, 1.4 Instructors,
1.5 Environment and 1.6 Lesson plan by project-based
2. Processes were 2.1 Pre-test and 2.2 Orientation including 2.2.1 Instructionof learning used by
project-based, 2.2.2 Instruction of program and communication tools, 2.2.3 objective of the study, 2.2.4
contents and interactive activities, 2.2.5 communicate with instructors when needed, 2.2.6 divided into
small group of 4-5 people and create a group communication. 2.3 Procedure of instruction learning used by
project-basedwas consist of 2.3.1 materials and facilities prepared by instructors 2.3.2 Learning center about
innovation and information technology in education 2.3.3 Teaching method was consist of 2.3.3.1 thinking

process and selecting a topic, 2.3.3.2 Planning process, 2.3.3.3 Operation process, 2.3.3.4 report writing
2.3.3.5 presentation process 2.4 post-test
3. Outputs were 3.1 competencies in innovation and information technology in education including
3.1.1 enable to adapt, design, create and improve the innovation for learners, 3.1.2 enable to develop
technology and information for learners, 3.1.3 enable to search for new learning center for learner 3.2 academic
achievement 3.3 efficiency of instruction system.
4. Feedback The result of developmental testing used by project-based for supporting the
competencies in innovation and information technology in education for student of teaching profession by
E1/E2 equal 81.52-82.24 which meet the criteria.
The result of competencies evaluation by using innovation and information technology in education in
overall aspects in high level.
The result of evaluation in teaching method used by project-based for supporting the competencies
in innovation and information technology in education for student of teaching profession by experts found
significantlyin proper level.
