The creative designing of learning measurement innovation

Abstract
This article focuses on the knowledge of education and procedures related to the creative designing of measurement learning innovation. Education and teaching management is innovative to the current trends. By analyzing the current situation, it is obvious that many educational institutions have organized multiple teaching as well as measurement and evaluationtoo.Due to the current situation, there is an epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Allows teachers to modify both traditional and online teaching methodsbecause the learners have vital roles in education. Therefore, the instructor must manage teaching to suit the current situation. By which the structure of creative design innovation of learning measurement effectively consists of 6 steps as follow: 1) Study the type of innovation learning measure, 2) Study innovation method, 3) Create innovation, 4) Trial for managing learningmeasurement and improvement, 5) Evaluate the design innovation and 6) Report of innovative experimental results./
