Abstract
This article has an objective to study the factors affecting the quality of students in a small elementary school Under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, MahaSarakham Province and to study the quality of students in a small elementary school Under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, MahaSarakham Province The sample group used in this study was administrators and teachers in small elementary schools. Under the Office of Education, MahaSarakham Province, District 1, District 2 and District 3, Academic Year 2019, the number of 400 students, the tools used in the study were questionnaires. The statistics used in the study were mean and Standard deviation.The study found that 1) Factors affecting the quality of students in a small elementary school Under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, MahaSarakham Province, overall and all factors were at a high level. They are listed in descending order, namely: management. Teacher and learning management, respectively 2) Quality of students in a small elementary school Under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, MahaSarakham Province, in overall and in various aspects at a high level. They are listed in descending order, ie, side in sufficiency. Aspiring to learn and the love of Thai, respectively.
