The Guidelines for the Development of Participation of Basic Education Institution Committees in School Administration Under the Maha Sarakham Provincial Administrative Organization Area 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the present condition and necessity on participation of basic education institution committees in school administration under the Maha Sarakham provincial administrative organization, 2) to study guidelines for the participation of the board of basic education institution committees in school administration under the Maha Sarakham provincial administrative organization. The populations consisted of 216 was the basic education committee. The research instrument is a questionnaire, with consistency index between 0.60-1.00, with reliability of 0.97 and discriminant index between 0.40–0.84. The populations consisted of 6 experts. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation and analyzed the order of necessity.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) the present condition on participation of the basic education committees under the administration of educational institutions of Maha Sarakham Provincial Administrative Organization was the highest level in overall. As for the desirable condition on participation of the basic education committees under the administration of educational institutions of Maha Sarakham Provincial Administrative Organization was the highest level in overall and each aspect, and necessity on participation of the basic education committees under the administration of educational institutions was highest index value is academic administration. 2) Guidelines for the development of participation of basic education committees are handbook development of participation of basic education committees that its’ overall manual assessment results are at the most appropriate level and its’ possibility is at the highest level.
