The Development Guideline of Resilience Organization of school under The Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area 3

Abstract
The purposes of this study were: (1) to study current condition and desired condition for the Resilience Organization and to study the needs assessment of the Resilience organization and (2)to development guideline of resilience organization of school under the Kalasin primary educational service area 3. The sample consisted of school administrators and teachers of schools under the Kalasin primary educational service area 3, there were 330 people were selected from non-proportional stratified random sampling.Key informants were qualified persons about the Resilience organization 10 persons were selected from purposive sampling. The tools used for data collection were: a questionnaire related to a current condition and desired condition, a structured-interview and a suitability and possibility assessment.
The results of the study were as follows: 1) The current condition of Resilience organization of school under the Kalasin primary educational service area 3 was at medium level and the desired condition of Resilience organization was at highest level. 2) The guideline of Resilience organization of school under the Kalasin primary educational service area 3 found the propriety and possibility were at highest level.
