The Development of the student support system using I-CARE MODEL In the case of Ban Non Kho School, Under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

       The purposes of this study were to: 1) study the problem of the student care and support system performance of Ban Non Kho School. 2) Study the developmental guidelines of student care and support system performance using the I-CARE MODEL of Ban Non Kho School. 3) Study the results of student care and support system performance using the I-CARE MODEL of Ban Non Kho School under the Kalasin primary educational service area office 3. The target group includes 10 teachers at Ban Non Kho School. The research instruments were study record forms, structured interviews, suitability tests, PLC record forms and after-action record forms (AAR). Quantitative data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation, while qualitative data were content analyzed and presented descriptively.

       This research is action research. The study was conducted in three phases according to the research objectives. The results of this research found that: 1) The problem of the student care and support system performance of Ban Non Kho School found that there are still problems that need to be improved, such as redundant work structures and a lack of teamwork. 2) The developmental guidelines of student care and support system performance for Ban Non Kho School by using the I-CARE MODEL found that improving the work structure to be appropriate and improving the operating manual according to the student care system using the I-CARE MODEL in the case of Ban Non Kho School and the revised manual is suitable to be used as a guideline for practice at a high level (4.00). 3) The results of student care and support system performance of Ban Non Kho School by using the I-CARE MODEL. By improving the structure of the work, it reduces duplication of work and can actually be implemented with a better work system. The development of work using the PLC process makes the development of the student care and support system more efficient.
