A Study of The Guidelines of Strategic Change and Innovative of School Administrators under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kalasin

Abstract
The aims of this study were: 1) to study current condition and desired condition for the strategic change and Innovative of school administrators and to study the needs of the strategic change and Innovative and 2) to development guideline of the strategic change and Innovative of school administrators under The secondary educational service area office Kalasin. The sample consisted of school administrators and teachers of schools under The secondary educational service area office Kalasin, When considering the overall priority index value of essential needs, it is at the highest level equal to 0.57 when considering each aspect in order from highest to lowest, top 1-3 as follows:1) Media development Technological innovation has a value of 0.72 2) Participation aspect has a value of 0.61 3) Policy setting, plans and strategies has a value of 0.50.
The results of the study were as follows: 1) The current condition of strategic change and Innovative of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Kalasin was at medium level and the desired condition of strategic change and Innovative was at highest level. 2) The guideline of strategic change and Innovative of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Kalasin, that is appropriate and possible
1) Development of technological innovation, including teacher development training Personnel to use innovation and technology, encourage the use of innovation Technology is used in educational institutions. 2) Participation, including giving all personnel an opportunity to express their opinions. and listen to each other's opinions, creating a feeling of being part of driving the organization.
