Abstract

This Research Aimed To Develop of Major Factor, Submajor Factor And Visionary Leadership Indicators for Municipal School Principals and to test  Congruence of Developed Model With the Empirical Data and Construct Evaluation. The Sample Consisted of 500 Administrator of Municipal School Principals, With Random Sampling. The Instrument Used to Collect Research Data Was 1) The 5 Level Rating Questionnaire With The Reliability Of The Original At .944 And The Content Validity Between 0.67 – 1.00 Data Were Analyzed By A Computer Program 2) Focus Group.
  The Research Results Were As Follows :
       1. For The Results Of Constructing The Conceptual Framework And Developing Of Visionary Leadership Indicators For Municipal School Principals, It Was Found That There Were 3 Major Factors And 55 Indicators : 1) The Major Factor In Visionary Leadership Behavior With 25 Indicators 2) The Major Factor In Visionary Leadership Characteristics With 15 Indicators 3) The Major Factor In Visionary Cultures-Building With 15 Indicators. It Was Also Found That The Major Factor With The Highest Loading Standard  Was The Major Factor In Visionary Leadership Behavior 
      2. For The Results Of Congruence Testing Of The Model Of The Relationship, Structure, And  The Visionary Leadership Indicators For Municipal School Principals,       It Was Found That The Model Was In Congruence  With The Empirical Data : Chi-Square = 17.018, Df = 15, P = 0.3178, Cfi = 1.000, Tli = 0.999, Srmr = 0.008 And Rmsea = 0.015
        3. For The Criterion Assessment And Evaluation Visionary Leadership Indicators For Municipal School Principals, Was Found At A Very High Quality Level.
