A Development of The Administrators Quality Evaluation Model for School of Under The Jurisdiction Office of Basic Education Commission

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to development the administrators’ quality evaluation model for School of under the jurisdiction office of basic education commission. Researcher studies texts, articles, reports, research papers and databases. The experts are interviewed and surveyed opinion of administrators that was passed checking the suitability and feasibility with applying the discussions multi attribute consensus researching (MACR). Therefrom prove assessment model studies results with schools and are evaluated assessment model for School of under the jurisdiction office of basic education commission. The results of the research were as follows:
1. The Administrators quality assessment model in office of the basic education commission. Process includes 4 steps are pre-assessment, assessment, conclusion and assessment report. An assessment criterion includes 4 components and 55 indicators.
2. The Administrators quality assessment model in office of the basic education commission are rationale, objectivity, assessment focused, applied way includes. The instruments to assess consisted of data collection. Those methods are suitability and feasibility in higher level.
3. Therefrom prove assessment model results of the Administrator in school passes the third of external assessment. Quality of assessment is honor expert level and higher than administrator in school does not pass the third of external assessment. Quality of assessment is senior expert level and model has validity which can distinguish administrator quality level of the school passes and does not pass the third of external assessment clearly.
4. The Assessment results of administrators quality assessment model in office of the basic education commission has profitability, suitability, feasibility and validity in higher level
