The Development of a Training Course for Teaching Athletics to Excellence in Schools Network of the Professional Development of Teachers at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University

Abstract
The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the need for training teachers of athletics subjects to excellence in schools, the Teacher Professional Development Network of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. 2. Create a training course for teachers of athletics subjects for excellence in schools of the teacher professional development network of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. 3. Curriculum implementation and evaluation of curriculum effectiveness The R&D research was divided into 3 phases: Phase 1 studied the need to develop a curriculum to train teachers of athletics subjects for excellence in schools, the Teacher Professional Development Network of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. Phase 2: Creating a training course for teachers of athletics subjects for excellence in schools of the Teacher Professional Development Network of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University and Phase 3: Implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of the curriculum.the sample used in the research was teachers of athletics courses in the Teacher Professional Development Network School of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. The results of the research found that the necessary needs for training teachers of athletics subjects to excel in schools of the teacher professional development network of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University include knowledge, teaching management, roles and duties in the development of learners in athletics and ethics. Overall, the demand is at the highest level.
The results of the implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the Athletics Teacher Training Course for Excellence in Schools Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University's Teacher Professional Development Network see 1) After attending the Athletics Teacher Training Course for Excellence in Network Schools Teacher Professional Development of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Statistically significant increase in knowledge at .01 2) Assessment of teachers' learning management skills After attending the Athletics Teacher Training Course for Excellence in Teacher Professional Development Network of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. 1 month for 15 students and applied the developed curriculum to manage their own learning. In addition, students who study with teachers who have completed the Athletics Teacher Course. Students were found to be very satisfied. In terms of teaching and learning activities, such as practicing practical skills, running, Race Walk, Long jump, Triple Jump, High jump, Shot Put, Javelin Throw, assessment and teacher qualities. This makes learners have positive learning behavior modification and are happy in studying athletics. 3) Satisfaction assessment results of the Athletics Teacher Training Course for Excellence in Teacher Professional Development Network of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University It was found that overall satisfaction was the highest level.
