Causal Factors of School Administration of Moralities Promoting in Opportunity Expansion School Office 0f The Basic Education Commission

Abstract

            The objective of this research was to 1) study the level of operation of morality promotion in opportunity expansion schools. 2) study causal factors of school administration of moralities promoting in opportunity expansion schools. 3) Examining the goodness of fit index of the causal factors model with the empirical data of the school administration's promotion of morality in opportunity expansion schools The methodology of research is mixed qualitative and quantitative research. The research was divided into three phases, as follows: Phase 1: Study and analyze data, concepts, and theories from textbooks, documents, and related research and interviews. The objective is to better understand the level of work performance related to promoting morality and the causal factors in managing educational institutions that promote morality. We will specifically focus on expanding educational opportunities in schools. Phase 2 analyzed causal factor models and empirical data. The sample size was 510 people, divided into 170 directors of schools and 340 teachers. Selected by a multi-stage random sampling. The research instrument was a rating scale interview (5 levels). Phase 3: examining and confirming the model. By examining the consistency of the causal factors model from five experts.

            Research results were as follows:1) Level of operation about moralities promoting in opportunity expansion school office of the Basic Education Commission at the highest level in every aspect. 2)  Model of causal factors    of school administration of moralities promoting opportunity expansion in the school office of the basic commission.  It is consistent with empirical data. Plan, organization, participation, and assessment factors have a direct effect on the administration of moralities, promoting opportunity expansion in schools, and controlling influences indirectly through assessment. 3) Examining and confirming the model found that participate, organization, plan, assessment, and control are causal factors of school administration of moralities promoting in opportunity expansion school office of the basic education commission, it was found that the model in plan, organization, control, participate, and assessment are appropriate. possibility Accuracy and utilization All aspects are at the highest level.
