Abstract

Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal is a publication that disseminates scholarly works, including research articles, review articles, book reviews, and communication letters, across various fields of humanities and social sciences. It is published three times a year, with issues in January - April, May - August, and September - December. Authors from all backgrounds, whether affiliated with Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University or not, are encouraged to submit their work, provided that the submitted articles have not been previously published elsewhere. All articles undergo a thorough peer review process, with at least three external reviewers evaluating their suitability within the respective field of study. Final approval for publication is granted by the editorial board. It's important to note that during the review process, the reviewers do not have access to the au-thor's identity (double-blind review). Published articles may be subject to editorial revisions, including modifications to wording, phrases, and formatting as deemed appropriate by the editorial board. Authors whose articles are rejected for publication or who request to withdraw their submissions are not eligible for refunds of publication fees.
