เจตคติของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะนิเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ ที่มีต่อแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน Attitudes of Freshmen in the Faculty of Communication Arts, Bangkok University towards Motivation on Learning Achievement

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งมี มีวัตถุประสงค์ ประการแรก เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติที่มีต่อวินัยด้านแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษา
ชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะนิเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ ประการที่สอง เพื่อเปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์จำแนกตามเพศ ของนักศึกษาชั้น
ปีที่ 1 คณะนิเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ และประการที่สาม เพื่อเปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์จำแนกตามภูมิลำเนา
ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะนิเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วน
เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าสถิติโดยใช้ t-test (Independent samples) และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลวิจัยพบว่า
1. นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะนิเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ มีแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์อยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อจัดอันดับ
ตามรายข้อ พบว่า ข้อคำถามที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ “นักศึกษาเห็นด้วยกับคำกล่าวที่ว่า ความพยายามอยู่ที่ไหน ความสำเร็จอยู่ที่นั่น”
รองลงมาคือ นักศึกษามีความตั้งใจแน่วแน่ เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายของการเรียนแต่ละวิชา และอันดับสาม แม้งานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจะได้
คะแนนน้อย นักศึกษาก็จะพยายามทำอย่างเต็มที่
2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์จำแนกตามเพศ ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะนิเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ
พบว่า นักศึกษาที่มีเพศแตกต่างกัน มีแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์จำแนกตามภูมิลำเนา ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะนิเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัย
กรุงเทพ พบว่า นักศึกษาที่มีภูมิลำเนาแตกต่างกัน มีแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน

The objectives of the research are to: 1) study the attitudes towards the discipline of motivation on
learning achievement of freshmen in the Faculty of Communication Arts, Bangkok University, 2) compare the
motivation on learning achievement classified by gender of freshmen, and 3) compare the motivation on
learning achievement according to domicile of freshmen. The statistics used for analyzing data were percentage,
mean and standard deviation, t-test (Independent samples) and Pearson Correlation Coefficient.
Research findings are as follows:
1. The freshmen in the Faculty of Communication Arts, Bangkok University had high motivation on learning achievement. Considering by a list of questions, they were different from high to low: students agree
with the quotes ‘where there’s a will, there’s a way.’ It was followed by ‘students are determined to reach their
learning goal in each subject,’ and ‘although an assignment has gotten low score, students will do it their
best.’
2. The comparison of motivation on learning achievement classified by gender of freshmen indicated
that motivation from different genders was not significantly different.
3. The comparison of motivation on learning achievement classified by domicile of freshmen indicated
that students from different domiciles were not significantly different.
