การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมครูเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการฝึกงานของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา แบบค่ายกิจกรรม ด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ Development of Teacher Training Program for Vocational Students Internship Preparation through Collaborative Learning Camp

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนามีวัตถุประสงค์ ประการแรก เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินระบบฝึกงาน และประการที่สอง
เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมครู เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการฝึกงานของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาแบบค่ายกิจกรรม
ด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการฝึกอบรมครูเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการอบรมนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาก่อนการฝึกงาน
ในสถานประกอบการผลการวิจัยพบว่า
ครูผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม จำนวน 32 คน ในภาพรวมมีผลคะแนนจากการประเมินผลกิจกรรมภาคปฏิบัติเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 84.38
โดยกิจกรรมสัมพันธภาพ : พื้นฐานของสรรพสิ่งมีคะแนนจากการประเมินผลกิจกรรมภาคปฏิบัติเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 85.42 กิจกรรมพัฒนา
ความฉลาด 4 ด้าน สำหรับวัยรุ่นไทยมีคะแนนจากการประเมินผลกิจกรรมภาคปฏิบัติเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 84.60 กิจกรรมนวัตกรรมเชิง
สร้างสรรค์มีคะแนนจากการประเมินผลกิจกรรมภาคปฏิบัติเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 81.25 และกิจกรรมความคิดหมวก 6 ใบ มีคะแนนจากการ
ประเมินผลกิจกรรมภาคปฏิบัติเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 83.59 นอกจากนี้ยังพบด้วยว่าครูมีความเห็นต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
ทุกด้าน และวิทยากรที่นำหลักสูตรไปใช้มีผลการประเมินจากผู้วิจัยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
สรุปได้ว่าหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมครูเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการฝึกงานของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา แบบค่ายกิจกรรม ด้วยการเรียนรู้ แบบร่วมมือ สามารถนำไปใช้ได้อย่างเหมาะสม

This research and development study aimed to 1) develop and evaluate a teacher training system,
and 2) develop and validate the efficiency of a teacher training curriculum for job training of vocational students
through camp activities using collaborative learning. This study was for training teachers to train vocational
students on job training before their internship.
The research findings revealed that the 32 teachers gained an average of 84.38% for overall practical activities; 85.42% for practical activities on relationship interaction: fundamental of everything, 84.60% for
practical activities on developing 4 key intellectual skills for Thai youths, 81.25% for practical activities on
creative innovation, and 83.59% for 6-thinking hat practical activities. It was also found that the teachers rated
every aspect of the training curriculum at the highest level and the trainers were also rated highest by the
researcher. In conclusion, this teacher training curriculum for vocational student internship preparation through
camp activities using collaborative learning can be appropriately applied for training teachers.
