Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ประการแรกเพื่อศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงาน และประการที่สองเพื่อเปรียบเทียบ การดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการชุมชนตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลเมืองมหาสารคาม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดมหาสารคาม ที่มีอายุ อาชีพ
และระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นคณะกรรมการชุมชนเขตเทศบาลเมืองมหาสารคาม จำนวน 210 คนสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิและแบบง่าย เครื่องมือการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ
มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .96 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแสดงเป็นค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์
ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ระดับการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการชุมชนตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลเมืองมหาสารคาม อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดมหาสารคาม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านที่อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ หลักความคุ้มค่า
2. คณะกรรมการชุมชนที่มีอาชีพ อายุ และระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีการดำเนินงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลเมืองมหาสารคาม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดมหาสารคาม โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ
This research aimed to 1) study perspectives of community committees on good governance
performance of Muang Maha Sarakham Municipality, Maha Sarakham Province, 2) compare perspectives
of community committees classified by age, occupation, and educational level towards the good
governance performance of Muang Maha Sarakham Municipality. The samples were 210 community
committees from 30 communities. The research instrument was five ratting scale questionnaire with the
reliability of .96. The data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and
One - way ANOVA.
The results of the research were as follow:
1. The perspectives of community committees on good governance performance of Muang Maha
Sarakham Municipality, Maha Sarakham Province, were average. For each aspect of good governance,
effectiveness was high; participation, virtues, rule of law, accountability, and transparency were average.
2. The comparison of perspectives of community committees on good governance performance
of Muang Maha Sarakham Municipality, Maha Sarakham Province classified by age, occupation, and
educational level were not significantly different.
