รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ Academic Administrative Model of Kalasin Provincial Administrative Organization Schools

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ประการแรก เพื่อสำรวจสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การ
บริหารส่วนจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ และประการที่สอง เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด
กาฬสินธุ์ การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ แบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ตามวัตถุประสงค์ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา
จำนวน 35 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 184 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified sampling)
และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน จากกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนที่มีวิธีการปฏิบัติดีที่เป็นเลิศ (Best practice) ขั้นตอนที่ 2 เพื่อ
ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบ ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล
ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมิน งานวิจัยนี้ ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย
และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

The purposes of this research were 1) to survey the recent situations and problems of academic
administration of the Kalasin Provincial Administrative Organization (KPAO) 2) to design a model for propose
method academic administrative improvement of the KPAO. The selected samples were divided into two
phases. The samples of phase 1, consisted of 35 administrators selected by the purposive sampling method
and 184 the KPAO’s teachers who were selected by the stratified random sampling method, as well as three
administrators from the Best Practice Schools. The samples of phase 2 consisted of nine experts who assessed
appropriateness and possibility of the model. The instrument for gathering data included a questionnaire,
an interview form, and an evaluation form. Descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean and standard
deviation, was employed for data analysis.
