ความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจนักศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล : กรณีศึกษาการเรียนการสอนแบบดั้งเดิมและการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์ The Study of Expectation and Satisfaction among Students in Bangkok Metropolitan Region : A Case Study of Traditional Learning Ap

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของความแตกต่างด้านเพศ อายุ รายได้ ภูมิลำเนา ของนักศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ต่อความคาดหวัง และความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบการเรียนการสอนแบบดั้งเดิมและระบบการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งได้แก่ นักศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล
จำนวน 305 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามที่ทำการวัดลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ ความคาดหวัง และความพึงพอใจที่มีระบบการเรียนการสอนแบบดั้งเดิมและระบบการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์
สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA)
และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. เพศ อายุ รายได้ ภูมิลำเนา ที่แตกต่างของนักศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ไม่มีผลต่อความคาดหวังกับระบบ
การเรียนการสอนแบบดั้งเดิมและระบบการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์
2. เพศ อายุ รายได้ ภูมิลำเนา ที่แตกต่างกันของนักศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ไม่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจต่อ
ระบบการเรียนการสอนแบบดั้งเดิมและระบบการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์
3. ความคาดหวัง และความพึงพอต่อการเรียนการสอนแบบดั้งเดิมและแบบออนไลน์มีความสัมพันธ์กัน

The objectives of the research are to study the influence of gender, age, income, domicile of the
Students in Bangkok Metropolitan Region on the difference in expectation and satisfaction of Traditional
Learning Approach and Online Learning Approach. All Students in Bangkok Metropolitan Region are survey
population of which a sample of 305 people and data analysis by Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation,
t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.
The Result of the survey can be summarized as follows :
1. The comparison of student’s characteristic on gender, age, income, domicile showed the
expectation on Traditional Learning Approach and Online Learning Approach was not different statistically at 0.05 significant levels.
2. The comparison of student’s characteristic on gender, age, income, domicile showed the
satisfaction on Traditional Learning Approach and Online Learning Approach was not different statistically at
0.05 significant levels.
3. The expectation and satisfaction of Traditional Learning Approach and Online Learning Approach
had a relationship.
