Abstract

การให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับ (Feedback) เป็นองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และการประเมินความก้าวหน้า
(Formative assessment) ซึ่งการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคปัจจุบันต้องการให้ผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการเรียนรู้ แนวคิดหนึ่งที่น่าสนใจ
และผู้เขียนนำเสนอในบทความนี้คือ การให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับโดยเพื่อน (Peer feedback) เนื่องจากมีนักวิจัยที่ศึกษาพบว่า แนวคิดนี้ส่ง
เสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในการเรียนระหว่างผู้เรียนและครู พัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถของผู้เรียนโดยมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมของ
ผู้เรียนในระยะยาวมากกว่าข้อมูลย้อนกลับที่ได้รับจากครู รวมถึงการสร้างบรรยากาศในการเรียนรู้แบบมิตร บทความนี้จึงต้องการนำ
เสนอถึงหลักการและกระบวนการให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับโดยเพื่อน รวมถึงปัจจัยส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับโดยเพื่อน ผู้เขียน
หวังว่าเนื้อหาในบทความนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์แก่ครูและผู้เรียนในการเรียนรู้ด้วยแนวคิดการให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับโดยเพื่อน (Peer Feedback)

Feedback is the important component to enhance the learning process and formative assessment.
Nowadays, learners must be participated in the learning process. The interesting concept which offers in this
article is peer feedback method. Researchers found that the peer feedback method enhance the learning
participation between learners and teachers, improving learners by changing learners’ behavior in a long
term learning rather than feedback by teachers including building friendly atmosphere for learning. This article
would like to present the principles of how to provide peer feedback and process of using peer feedback
including factors encouraging peer feedback. The author hopes that the content of this paper can be beneficial
for teachers and learners to learn by using peer feedback.
