转型领导与教师的工作满意度及组织公民行为的关系:后设分析与结构方程模型的综合探究

บทคัดย่อ
本研究采用后设分析和结构方程模型,深入探讨了转型领导、教师的工作满意度与组织公民行为之间的关系。研究结果显示,转型领导显著提升了教师的工作满意度和组织公民行为。具体而言,转型领导对教师工作满意度的效应量为0.651,对组织公民行为的效应量为0.454;同时,教师的工作满意度对组织公民行为的正向影响效应量为0.534。此外,路径分析表明,教师的工作满意度在转型领导与组织公民行为之间起到了重要的中介作用,间接效应为0.365,总效应为0.498。这些发现表明,转型领导不仅通过直接途径提升了教师的积极行为,还通过提高教师的工作满意度进一步推动了他们的组织公民行为。本研究为教育管理中的领导力实践提供了重要的实证支持和理论依据。
