บทคัดย่อ

โลกของการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 เต็มไปด้วยความซับซ้อน การบริหารภายใต้ข้อตกลงเบื้องต้นที่ว่าทุกอย่างหยุดนิ่งไม่อาจนำมาใช้ได้อีกต่อไป ประกอบกับในรุ่งอรุณแห่งศตวรรษนี้ ผลร้ายที่เกิดจากการบริหารอย่างไร้จริยธรรมได้แสดงตัวออกมาทำให้บริษัทยักษ์ใหญ่และมีอายุมากกว่า 1ศตวรรษหลายแห่งล้มลงเพียงชั่วข้ามคืนบทความนี้ได้นำเสนอกรอบแนวคิดเชิงพลวัตระบบเพื่อรับมือกับความซับซ้อนของ การบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายการบริหารอย่างมีจริยธรรมภายใต้ทฤษฎีผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียของฟรีแมน ผลจากการผสมผสานตัวแบบพลวัตระบบเข้ากับทฤษฎีผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทำให้ได้กรอบแนวคิดเชิงพลวัตระบบในการสร้างเครือข่ายการบริหารเพื่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่จะมีอัตราการขยายตัวของเครือข่ายแบบก้าวกระโดดManagement for Stakeholders Network : A System Dynamic Framework

The managerial world in the 21^st century is fully equipped with complexity. Managerial assumption, every thing is static, is no longer practical. The pitfalls of managerial malfunctions had emerged, and collapsed the centennial world giant corporations overnight, in the dawn of this century. This article is trying to propose a system dynamic framework to handle the complexity of management in the 21^st century in order to formulate ethical management network under freeman’s stakeholders theory. Resulted from system dynamic model and stakeholders integration, a system dynamic framework of management for stakeholders network is proposed. The network exponential growth is hypothesized in the network formulation process.
