Abstract
Thai cosmetic Industrial Organization Modelunder the Context of ASEAN Cosmetic GMP Standard Program
This research aimed at studying the organizing style of Thai cosmetic industrial business organization and creating an organization model under the context of establishing ASEAN Cosmetic GMP through the qualitative research. It was found out that Thai cosmetic industry was more improved in organizing pattern in order to standardize the organization. It could be said that administrative leaders realized the importance of implementing the philosophy of statistic vision of Kotter (2012) and Quigley (1993) about setting shared values, mission, and goal. Moreover, organization also implemented readiness preparation philosophy of Hersey & Blanchard (1993) to integrate with project creating in ASEAN Cosmetic GMP standard.
The finding showed that in creating the sustainable success of Thai cosmetic industrial business organization model under the context of creating ASEAN Cosmetic GMP Standard, administrative leaders should realize the importance, benefit, and necessity of revising, adjusting, and continuously developing standard according to the criteria of standards : 1) quality manual 2) personnel 3) production place 4) equipment 5) sanitation and hygiene 6) production process 7) quality control 8) documentation 9) internal audits 10) storage 11) contract manufacturing and analysis 12) complaints and 13) product recalls.
