Abstract
1. นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการเรียนการสอนวิชาพระธรรมนูญศาลยุติธรรมโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางซึ่งนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนมากที่สุด
2. นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่คิดว่ามหาวิทยาลัยควรจัดให้มีการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บไซต์สมุดจดกฎหมายอีกสำหรับนักศึกษารุ่นต่อไปอีก
Behavior and Satisfaction of the students in the Use of Information Technology in Studying Law on Court Law
The objectives of this research are 1) to analyze the behavior and the satisfaction of the students using information technology technique for the teaching and learning the course entitled “Court Law”, 2) to propose the teaching and learning approach for the course, and 3) to compare the levels of behavior and satisfaction of students in using information technology in the teaching and learning of the above mentioned course. The samples were 100 third-year students of Law Curricula, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Suan Dusit Rajabhat University. They were selected using purposive sampling technique. One hundred questionnaires were sent to these samples. Besides, the researcher had selected five students from these samples by purposive sampling technique. These five students were then interviewed. The questionnaire and the interview were composed by the researcher. The data received were then analyzed for descriptive and reference statistics.
Two major findings were found as follow:
1. The respondents were overall satisfied with the use of information technology for teaching and learning activities for the course entitled “Court Law” at moderate level and the majority of the respondents were satisfied with the teaching and learning process at the highest level.
2. The majority of the respondents stated that the teaching and learning the course entitled “Court Law” via e-lecturing should be arranged for the students enrolled in the next coming class.
