การถ่ายทอดความรู้เรื่องการผลิตปุ๋ยอินทรีย์อัดเม็ดในระดับชุมชน

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ 1) เพื่อการถ่ายทอดความรู้เรื่องการผลิตปุ๋ยอินทรีย์อัดเม็ดให้แก่เกษตรกรอำเภอไทรน้อย จังหวัดนนทบุรี 2) เพื่อประเมินความรู้ความพึงพอใจในเครื่องอัดเม็ดปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ RM-1

ผลการดำเนินการพบว่า ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการจำนวน 33 คน ก่อนรับการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ โดยใช้แบบการประเมินความรู้ด้านปุ๋ยและเครื่องอัดเม็ดปุ๋ยทั่วไป ปรากฏว่าไม่มีผู้ใดสอบผ่านเลย โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของทั้งหมดต่ำมาก คือ ร้อยละ 21.82 เท่านั้น ในขณะที่ผลการประเมินความรู้ของเกษตรกรผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมภายหลังการฝึกอบรมแล้วประเมินโดยใช้แบบการประเมินคำถามเหมือนกันแต่สลับข้อกันเท่านั้น ผลของการประเมินหลังได้รับการ ฝึกอบรมแล้วเกษตรกรมีความรู้เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมาก โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 76.67 ไม่มีผู้ใดสอบได้ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 50 หรือสอบตกเลย พิจารณาค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรมพบว่าต่างกันอย่างชัดเจน

ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมต่อเครื่องอัดเม็ดต้นแบบ RM-1 โดยใช้แบบประเมิน พบว่า ความพึงพอใจในด้านราคาของเครื่อง RM-1 ความสะดวกในการใช้งาน ประสิทธิภาพในการผลิต ความสะดวกในการขนย้าย การลดการเกิดมลภาวะ คุณภาพทางกายภาพของปุ๋ยที่ผลิต ความสวยงามและความทันสมัยของเครื่อง (RM-1) พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจมากถึงมากที่สุด

Transferring Knowledge for Producing a Pellet Organic Fertilizer at Community Level

The objectives of this research are 1) to transfer the knowledge of producing the organic fertilizer pellets to the farmers, at Sai Noi District, Nonthaburi Province, 2) to evaluate the farmers’ knowledge, achievement at the farmer knowledge and satisfaction of the fertilizer pellets producing machine RM-1.

The results of this research were that prior to the beginning of the operational training program, the thirty-three participants were assessed for the general knowledge on fertilizer and the bead fertilizer compressor machine, it was found that nobody passed the pre-test exam, whereas their average scores overall were very low at 21.82% only. In terms of the result of post-test assessment using the same questions as the pre-test assessment but only alternated the items. The result of the post- test assessment was that the participants had learned more and received average score of 76.67% which was higher than the average score of the pre-test and no one scored below 50% or failed.

As for the satisfaction assessment of the participants on the bead fertilizer compressor machine model RM-1 using the assessment form, it was found that the satisfaction on the sale price of RM-1 machine; operation facility; production efficiency; handling convenience; pollution reduction; physical quality of the fertilizer produced; attractiveness and modernity of the machine (RM-1) were satisfied from high to highest level.
