การพัฒนากระบวนความคิดกลุ่มเยาวชน ผ่านนวัตกรรมการศึกษา ด้วยเกมคอมพิวเตอร์หมากรุกไทย

Abstract

การเล่นหมากรุกไทยเป็นการเสริมสร้างและพัฒนาด้านกระบวนความคิดอย่างเป็นลำดับขั้น อันมีผลทำให้ผู้เล่นหมากรุกไทยมีสมาธิและก่อให้เกิดสติปัญญามีการคิดไตร่ตรองโดยคำนึงถึงเหตุและผล แต่ปัจจุบันการเล่นหมากรุกไทยกำลังจะถูกลบเลือนหายไปในสังคมไทย สาเหตุเนื่องจากผู้เล่นหมากรุกไทยที่รู้และเข้าใจถึงวิธีการเล่นส่วนใหญ่ เป็นบุคคลที่เล่นหมากรุกไทยเฉพาะกลุ่มเท่านั้น เมื่อเปรียบเทียบในยุคโลกาภิวัตน์ที่นำเอาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาเป็นเครื่องมือเพื่อช่วยในการพัฒนาเกมในรูปแบบเกมคอมพิวเตอร์ ทำให้เกิดนวัตกรรมสำหรับการศึกษาและเรียนรู้ในองค์ความรู้การเล่นหมากรุกไทยเพื่อพัฒนากระบวนความคิดอย่างเป็นลำดับขั้น ผู้จัดทำโครงการวิจัยจึงได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญในการเล่นหมากรุกไทย เพื่อเป็นการปลูกฝังค่านิยมและอนุรักษ์มรดกและเอกลักษณ์ ความเป็นไทย เริ่มตั้งแต่เยาวชนในการศึกษาการเล่นหมากรุกไทย โดยผ่านทางสื่อเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในรูปแบบสื่อการเรียนรู้แบบผสมโดยใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เป็นการทำงานหลัก

วิธีการดำเนินวิจัยคือ สร้างสื่อการเรียนรู้การเล่นหมากรุกไทยแบบสื่อผสม (CAI) พร้อมเอกสารคู่มือให้กับโรงเรียนสังกัด สพฐ. จำนวน 1,000 แห่ง จัดกิจกรรมกระตุ้นและส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้การเล่นหมากรุกไทย สำรวจความต้องการเล่นหมากรุกไทยของกลุ่มเยาวชน ด้วยแบบสอบถาม เพื่อนำข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณมาวิเคราะห์โดยทำการวิจัยกับกลุ่มประชากรโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นจำนวน 400 คน จากทุกภูมิภาค

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นสำหรับเกมหมากรุกไทยและด้านเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์และสังคมมีผลค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับ “มาก” ส่วนด้านประสบการณ์หลังจากการเล่นเกมหมากรุก มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับ “มากที่สุด” การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้านทัศนคติ การอนุรักษ์มรดก การสืบสานภูมิปัญญาและคุณค่าทางวัฒนธรรม ได้ผลการวิจัยที่สอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ทั้ง 4 ด้านคือ ด้านกายภาพของเยาวชน ด้านจิตใจและอารมณ์ของเยาวชน ด้านการวางแผนการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันและสังคมของเยาวชน และด้านการพัฒนาสติปัญญาและความคิดอย่างเป็นลำดับขั้น

The System Thinking Process Development of Youth through Educational Innovation with the Thai Chess Computer Game

Thai chess is the game that helps develop and establish the system thinking process. In doing so, players can concentrate and contemplate on the game plan to move the chess wisely. Despite the benefits of playing Thai chess, has been faded away, there are only small number of skillful Thai players who play game in groups. On the other hand, with the development of information technology, the Thai chess computer game can be developed as an educational tool to disseminate the body of knowledge on playing Thai chess to childen. Realizing the importance of learning how to play Thai chess, therefore the researcher designed and developed the chess playing program as the Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI), including a handbook for one thousand schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission arranged. Events and activities were arranped to promote how to play Thai chess, and surveyed the need of the youth in learning to play Thai chess. Four hundred questionnaires were sent to the samples selected at random from all regions.

The results demonstrated that the respondents’ satisfaction towards the Thai chess computer game and the computer technology was at high level. The respondents who had experience in playing Thai chess at the average level when playing with Thai chess computer program, their scores were at very good level. As for the analysis of the attitude of preservation of Thai sports, wisdom and cultural values, the results were in accordance with the hypothesis proposed in four areas, these were: the physical development of Thai youth; the mind and emotion of the youth’s, the daily way of life planning; the youth society; and the development of wisdom and system thinking.
