บทคัดย่อ
การค้าเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่ทุกประเทศจะนำมาใช้ในการพัฒนาประเทศให้เจริญรุ่งเรืองต่อไป สามารถเป็นกลไกสำคัญที่จะพัฒนาประเทศ แต่เนื่องจากการผลิตสินค้าในประเทศนั้น อาจมีค่าแรงขั้นสูงและกระบวนการผลิตที่ทำให้สินค้ามีราคาสูง จึงเป็นเรื่องปกติที่คนในประเทศจะใช้สินค้านำเข้าจากประเทศที่มีราคาถูก จากประเทศอื่น เช่น จีน หรือเวียดนามที่มีค่าแรงขั้นต่ำราคาถูกที่มาโจมตีสินค้าภายในประเทศได้ กรณีจึงต้องมีมาตรการป้องกันเศรษฐกิจและสินค้าภายในประเทศตนเอง เพื่อให้คนในประเทศหันมาอุดหนุนใช้สอยสินค้าของประเทศตนเอง โดยองค์การการค้าโลกได้มีวิธีที่จะให้ประเทศสมาชิก ใช้มาตรการต่างๆเพื่อป้องกันการทุ่มตลาดจากประเทศอื่นๆได้ เช่น มาตรการตอบโต้การทุ่มตลาด, มาตรการป้องกันทางสินค้า , มาตรการสนับสนุนของรัฐ ซึ่งในบทความเรื่องนี้จะนำเสนอถึงมาตรการที่ภาคีสมาชิกนิยมนำมาใช้และวิธีที่ก่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงที่สุด
